🤔 What to expect next?

1. You will receive a message to ask for the task background and expected deliverable.
2. We will size the task accordingly. If your task is too difficult, you might be asked to order more units.
3. Once we have received the right units, we will confirm the order by sending you "Committed by Belle".
4. Sit back while we are completing the task. There might be a few back-and-forths for us to get all the necessary info from you.
5. Once it is ready, we will share the deliverable with you.

We are humans too - surprise! We work generally during the day. Don't expect us to return your call at 1 am.

1. How many units should I order for my task?
   • Refer to the reference above as a general rule. If you don't want to think, just order 1 first. We will confirm the sizing with you.
2. Can I refund if I don't think it is worth that many units?
   • Unconditional refund before receiving "Committed by Belle" - If the sizing of the task does not sound right to you, feel free to withdraw before we start working on it. No hard feeling!
3. Can I refund if the deliverable doesn't match my expectation?
   • We will try our best to deliver what we have committed. In case of any disagreement, a refund is subject to our decision.
4. Can I ask Belle to plan my wedding?
   • Congratulations first of all! Thanks for your trust, but we are now set to focus on smaller tasks/ errands. A task with a scope like this might be rejected as we cannot support it.
